Growing up I was inspired by watching movie stars and Superheros on their great physical feats, Superman, Batman, Rocky movies and the likes of Jackie Chan. So yes, I was the kid that pestered my parents to enrol me into the local martial arts academy. Following on, life as a teenager whilst my friends were saving their money to buy the latest PlayStation game, I saved to buy my very own weight set working odd jobs for friends, family and neighbours you name it. Just so I could be my very own superhero, it has been many years from then but I haven’t stopped training since. I did become my very own superhero not the types in the movies (not really my style looking at it now the whole underpants thing lol ) but that hasn't stopped me helping people.
Why do what I do?
My motivation behind stepping foot in the fitness industry was first-hand experiencing the true effect of fitness and the impact it has had on people’s lives, not just physically but so much more than that in every aspect of their life. From that moment onwards I discovered my true passion and my heart desire of helping people, supporting, guiding and informing them to pursue a better lifestyle. My aim is to train as well as teach people. My goal ranges further than simply training but I want my client to become self-sufficient, able to keep and implement good healthy practices, spreading them on to their friends and family bettering their life as well as everyone around them.
What makes me different?
I have worked with many people from all backgrounds, fitness levels, disciplines and unique requirements. Living and breathing fitness my entire life, I have experienced fitness beyond theory, practicality and regardless of the extensive and difficult process of trial and error, I have come such a long way. Having first-hand experience of people close to me struggle with health and I know the hardships of starting and furthermore staying committed. Understanding the physiological element is just as important as the physical. I treat every person as complete individuals every person has there their own struggles, limitations, goals and preconceived thoughts. That is why every programme will be completely designed for you, taking a unique approach I take my time to truly understanding you before putting together a programme. I am definitely not an advocate of one fits all.
What can I do for you?
Once a programme has been set out to suit the aims and goals of an individual I will then work step by step to get there. Physical, psychological and nutritional support will be provided every step of the way. You will have my complete attention and dedication. I believe in a flexible approach to fitness that is why I offer training where it suits you whether you want to train outdoors at work or in the gym. I also know how hard it can be to find the time to train with the pressures of modern day life that is why I have introduced shortened sessions to make your time effective. I also offer 1-2-1 , couple and group training, whether you want to train yourself, a partner or a group of friends let’s make training fun and social. Unique packages and programs are always tailor-made for clients getting the best just for you.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
I understand getting started can be a very daunting process. You may feel unsure of how or where to begin, so I have made the process easy and straightforward, making your transition to a healthy and fit lifestyle as smooth as possible. Below are the steps for in person training. For all online training please visit the online training section on the site.
This is the most important part of the process when working with a new client as this includes health screening questionnaires as well as initial consultations. This is to achieve and develop a better understanding of your desired goals and how I can help build a plan perfect for me to help you achieve them. In addition, this is key in helping understand if there are any health risks to gain an idea of your current health status or any past injuries.
The practical element; the step where we get the sweat on. The first few sessions are designed to test and identify your current levels of fitness and training as well as assess other elements such as your mobility, limitations, training related motivations etc
Your training programme
This is where we create your unique tailor-made training program. Working together, we look to; set specific goals and outline the method we are going utilise to measure and track progress. All targets will be set within a certain time frame and will be reviewed and updated accordingly as your needs and goals change.
